Job Description

• Working knowledge of PC Components and technical naming conventions
• Working Knowledge of PC Software
• Time Management and Organizational Skills
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, SharePoint MS Office Products
• Setup Client Services meetings, take notes and post appropriately
• Must be accurate and have attention to detail, track and meet deadlines
• Maintains and distributes reports on PC refresh data, PC Leasing schedules / buy-out data and PC asset Information.
• Primary coordinator for PC refresh and leasing schedules, working with IT, Procurement and Business teams.
• Ensures monthly business communication reports are completed and distributed to CSS teams.
• Primary IT contact for provisioning activties, attending weekly meetings and ensuring all Client Services assigned tasks are completed.
• Participates in process improvement efforts
• Serves as a subject matter expert for PC Data and associated intiatives
• Participates in process improvement efforts
• Serves as a project team member for initiatives related to provisioning and Client Services
