Job Description
1. Arrangement of Vehicles in the light of orders received from Sales Department
2. Coordination with Goods Forwarders in order to make sure that stocks reach at the specified destination as per plan.
3. Visiting Addas for improvement in Dispatches & Freights
4. Handle insufficient loads for direct dispatches to the distributors in coordination with the reporting manager.
5. Checking Receipts & Bilties of Distributors with Order Quantities.
6. Coordinate with distributors with regards to their complaints
7. Verification of the Transporter Bills on Daily Basis after Dispatches
