Job Description
Coordinate activities of workers concerned with the counting, processing, inspecting, replenishing and locating of inbound merchandise.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assist department manager by identifying work procedures in a priority manner and expedite workflow.
- Ability to prioritize workflow and communicate priorities effectively with Inventory Control clerks.
- Identify workload of all given areas and shift personnel to areas where additional personnel is needed.
- Issue written and oral instructions.
- Must be able to recognize sensitive business and personnel issues and maintain those issues with the utmost confidence.
- Examine work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
- Study and standardize procedures to improve efficiency of workers.
- Maintain harmony among workers and resolves grievances.
- Share the cultural concepts of situational leadership and facilitate the application of the transition to situational leadership.
- Monitor Inventory Control clerks' productivity, efficiency and accuracy of all processes.
- Assists employees with work process problems.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret written instruction. Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of management.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions both oral and written.
- Ability to interpret location of product based on pick velocity.
Job Specification
Able to work min 12 hours in a day, no holidays. 7 days a week
Command over Written and Spoken English, Urdu and Bi-Lingual Languages.
People Person.
Able to work under pressure.
Command over MS Office.
Have Great knowlege of Internet and Email.
Great Communication Skills.
