Job Description

To perform Microbiological testing of Raw Material, In-Process Products and Finished Products.
To prepare reports of microbiological tests and subsequent filing and record keeping
To take care about laboratory equipments, chemicals, glass wares, furniture & fixtures etc.
To ensure availability of chemicals, glass wares & other necessary items at the time of performing experiments.
To study about latest techniques & concepts of microbiological testing that is related to our work & beneficial for company.
To discuss results with Manager Q.A. to conclude root causes and subsequent suggestion and implementation of curing actions.
To visit storage and production areas to improve hygiene conditions.
To participate actively for increasing awareness regarding hygiene.
To develop strong co-ordination with Process Control Officers for GMP compliance.
To present statistical views of testing results and conduct a comparative studies

Experience in FMCG (specifically in Food & Beverages) in Quality Assurance department experience will have added advantage.
