Experience: Must have 5 years of experience. Must have the working knowledge of the following:

1. PHP
2. .Net
3. SQL Server 2000/2005, MySQL
4. ASP, JSP, JavaScript, JQuery

Skills Required:· PHP, mySQL, AJAX, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Open Source CMS Knowledge will be plus point.· Strong experience in using web APIs in web 2.0 solutions.· Expert knowledge of Opensource platforms such as wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento E-commerce, OScommerce, CodeIgniter, Opensource CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and CMS (Content Management) Systems

Candidate must be proficient in the following:
1. Strong communication and team leading capabilities
2. Strong problem solving skills and willingness to take on tasks/problems with allegiance
3. Good understanding of database concepts
4. Strong knowledge of software architecture
5. Ability to work with the team and as an individual as required
6. Good understanding of programming concepts
7. Good understanding of SDLC and different models
8. Good understanding of application development and web development concepts in a broad perspective independent of any particular domain
9. Positive and friendly attitude towards work, team and company
10. Willingness to work under pressure with strict time-lines
11. Understanding of Object Oriented programing and various design patterns.
12. A strong background in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and XML/XSL.
13. Experience in E-Commerce applications, transactions through SSL using a payment gateway and knowledge of standard security practices
14. Analyze, design, code, debug, unit testing, documentation and deploy changes in the Project.
15. Strong Structured Query Language (Sql) skills with coding standard best in the industry.
16. Deliver projects on-time and to specification with an appropriate level of quality.
17. Strong knowledge of software engineering life cycle process.
18. Must have sound experience in design and development of multi-tier large-scale development projects.
19. Prior experience architecting large scale web applications.
20. Work with multi-disciplinary team of developers and usability/information architects to design solutions, Identifying and fixing bottlenecks.
