Job Description
- Recruiting, short-listing and making arrangement for interviews.
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Conducting orientation.
- Develop relevant policies and documentation.
- Ensures Performance Appraisal of employees and resolving employee grievances through counseling and coaching through discussions and communicating policies.
- To ensure maximum welfare of employees more i.e. employees are treated justly and not being exploited.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications etc.
- Coordinate with department for Training Need Analysis
- Maintain and update employee personal files and records.
