Leading German distributor for automotive spare parts is looking for an experienced secretary / office administrator for the company Different Locations.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondences
- Arrange employment contracts
- Create, transcribe and distribute meeting agendas and minutes
- Arrange bookings of local and international travels
- Maintenance of all office files and documents in good organization
- Handle telephone calls
- Manage petty cash and purchase of stationary and warehouse materials
- Submit documents at administrative and legal institutions such as MOL, chamber of commerce
- Perform general clerical duties
Job Specification
- Experience of two years minimum in similar field
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
- Good skills using MS Office
- Internet / Email
- Communication Skills
- Ability to work independent
