Job Description
v Conduct interviews with respondents using structured or semi structured questionnaires mainly in Urdu language;
v Complete all related paper documents and forms and submit to District Field Coordinator in his/her respective district;
v Work in different locations preferably in his/her own and surrounding geographic areas including both rural and urban settings;
v Maintain the security and confidentiality of all data and materials. Store university documents and equipment in a secure, private, and locked area;
v Display an understanding of study content and concepts;
v Complete assignments within specified goals and deadlines;
v Abide by all protocols for confidentiality and safety; maintain the security and confidentiality of all survey documents and information;
v Accurately complete and submit by mail or electronically all associated study and administrative materials, such as questionnaires, consent forms, coversheets, timesheets, expenses, and receipts in a timely manner with support as needed;
v Write and submit routine reports and correspondences in a timely manner;
v Maintain regular communication with the team and as directed by the District Coordinator;
Job Specification
v Minimum matriculation education qualification, higher qualification will be desirous;
v Available to work the required number of hours per week and complete the given number of questionnaires/forms as set by the District Field Coordinator;
v Able to maintain a flexible schedule that will allow attendance at training and a production work schedule that includes work during the day, evenings and weekends. Time of work can vary from early morning to evening.
v Available, reliable transportation to meet the demands of the assignments;
v Work independently without frequent in-person supervision to meet deadlines.
v Receptive to receiving constructive feedback to improve quality of data collection efforts and interviewing techniques.
v Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
v Displays responsibility, thoughtfulness, responsiveness and a positive focus;
v Builds positive interpersonal relationships; demonstrates effective skills when working with others;
