• Product Knowledge and training will be provided

• Primary knowledge of using computers and the internet research is mandatory
• Understand the impact of attitude in handling calls professionally
• Apply the proper telephone etiquette to satisfy various customer situations
• Good teamwork skills and the ability to work unsupervised

1. Written: By able to write succinctly and precisely with good diction, Grammar and Sentence structures. ·
   Verbal: fluent speaker with Neutral/British ascent preferred , appropriate use of tenses

   Listening: Active listening skills to understand customer needs quickly and be able to summarize to validate the same.

• Shift timings
  Summers 01:00 PM to 09:30 PM.
  Winters: 02.00 PM to 10.30 PM
• Females - Apply ONLY if you can work in Evening Shift
• No Transportation Services.

• Remuneration will be offered depending on your English communication skills and experience
