Job Description
Receive and respond to calls and emails of international customers, and supplier
Search new/ potential customer
Arrangement of meetings with international buyers and suppliers
Build strong relationship with customers and colleagues, demonstrates team work and collaboration.
Communicate effectively and professionally, give follow ups and keep the customer informed and updated
Job Specification
Minimum qualification: Bachelors
Minimum 3 years of customer handling experience in leading national/ multinational concern (preferably in textile sector)
Fluent in English speaking with proper accent (compulsory)
excellent customer service skills
team player with positive attitude
strong computer skills especially in MS office
Phone etiquette and ability to work with internal and external customers
