Mission, Objectives & Strategies
- · Define and devise mission for the brand in accordance with Management vision.
- · Plan Brand growth in alignment with the mission.
- · Define Brand KPI’s annual production units, revenue, profitability and targets.
- · Competitor’s analysis and cross strategies in order to gain competitive edge.
Product & Business Development:
- · Analyze product ranges and introduce new features in the product according to new trends and customer satisfaction.
- · Identify new areas of business growth and expansion.
- · Planning for Brand development and promotion strategies
Marketing & Retail:
- · Monitoring and analysis of Sales, marketing campaigns and advertisement activities
- · Close coordination with sales, design & production team to analyze sales trends, customer feedback.
Production and outsourcing
- · Monitor in-house production define KPIS for production team in order to maintain smooth supply of the product to outlets.
- · Develop new vendors and establish healthier relations with them in order to source best quality products.
Visual Merchandising:
- · Plan for product space, aesthetical approach towards interior mechanism and product display in order to achieve customer attraction and sales enhancement thereto.
- · Analyze and search new trends, materials and display management, and make renovations accordingly.
