Job Description

Mission, Objectives & Strategies

  • · Define and devise mission for the brand in accordance with Management vision.
  • · Plan Brand growth in alignment with the mission.
  • · Define Brand KPI’s annual production units, revenue, profitability and targets.
  • · Competitor’s analysis and cross strategies in order to gain competitive edge.

Product & Business Development:

  • · Analyze product ranges and introduce new features in the product according to new trends and customer satisfaction.
  • · Identify new areas of business growth and expansion.
  • · Planning for Brand development and promotion strategies

Marketing & Retail:

  • · Monitoring and analysis of Sales, marketing campaigns and advertisement activities
  • · Close coordination with sales, design & production team to analyze sales trends, customer feedback.

Production and outsourcing

  • · Monitor in-house production define KPIS for production team in order to maintain smooth supply of the product to outlets.
  • · Develop new vendors and establish healthier relations with them in order to source best quality products.

Visual Merchandising:

  • · Plan for product space, aesthetical approach towards interior mechanism and product display in order to achieve customer attraction and sales enhancement thereto.
  • · Analyze and search new trends, materials and display management, and make renovations accordingly.
