Job Description
SUMMARY
Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phone calls, handling company inquiries and also schedule meetings and travel for executives.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Answer phone calls of UAN and operate a PABX switchboard.·
Route calls to specific people or take messages accurately.·
Answer inquiries about company.·
Greet visitors warmly and inform the concerned employee of his/her visitor.·
Ensure reception area is tidy.
Coordinate mail flow in and out of office.·
Coordinate office activities.
Arrange appointments.·
Collect and distribute parcels and other mail.·
Take and reply messages.·
Update appointment calendars. (if required)·
Schedule follow-up appointments.
Job Specification
Skills Required:
Must have experience of PABX and UAN
Must have excellent communication skills.
Presentable and pleasant appearance.
Pleasant personality
Knowledge of MS Office (word, excel etc)
Good Time Management Skills
Candidates living nearby Clifton / DHA will be preferred.
