As an in-house designer you will be expected to work productively and under supervision. The lucky candidate must have the ability to work with others and have a good work ethic. You will have at least one year commercial experience and a strong portfolio of work that showcases your design, creativity and experience. The right candidate will possess the following;
> Advanced skills using Adobe CS6 (particularly in print mediums)
> Minimum of one year industry experience
> Ability to multi-task, work under pressure
and within required deadlines
> Strong attention to detail
> Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
> Able to produce print ready artwork in allotted time frames

> Design complex graphics and animation, using independent judgment, creativity, and computer equipment.
> Make objects or characters appear lifelike by manipulating light, color, texture, shadow, and transparency, or manipulating static images to give the illusion of motion.
> Create two-dimensional and three-dimensional images depicting objects in motion or illustrating a process, using computer animation or modeling programs.
> Create basic designs, drawings, and illustrations for product labels, cartons, direct mail, or television.
> Create pen-and-paper images to be scanned, edited, colored, textured or animated by computer.
> Create GUI/UIs for websites, mobile apps and software.
> Create animated and whiteboard videos.
