The person will be responsible to solve inquires made by the customers benchmark set by the clients from America. The person should have strong English communication skills, excellent in delivering product information and selling skills. Running under an umbrella of Business to Business campaign. Salary bracket starts from 13000 to 50000 per month for new and fresh hired agents.
Job Specification
Applicants must possess fluency in spoken English and an American/British or Polished Neutral accent, computer literacy, phone etiquette, strong communication and interpersonal skills, O' and A' Level students or Business majors preferred. Experience not required; however, preference will be given to applicants with prior international call center experience
