The skills and responsibilities required include:
- Develope and Maintain profiles on online portals
- Search and bid on projects at internet market places like ODESK, ELANCE, FREELANCER etc ( must be able to achieve the defined monthly targets)
- Ability to estimate the budget of project and manage the requirements end-to-end with the technical team
- Must have proven experience and can show portfolio
- Written and verbal communication should be excellent
- Strong negotiating and persuading skills
- Interact with local and global clients (Should be comfortable in client interaction using e-mails, phone, Skype and web conferencing)
- Ability to write and develop content for websites, company profiles and promotions
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ensure the delivery of Project on Time
- Candidate should be flexible in working hours
- Ability to maintain social media platforms will be a plus

The responsibility of the BDM will be to develop and maintain company profiles on online portals like oDesk, ELance, Freelancer etc. The candidate should be able to attract new clients (both globally and locally) and build positive business relationships with them.
