Software Project Manager

Responsible for:·
1-This project manager will lead groups of Software Engineers and Software Test Engineers during the development and/or testing of complicated Windows-based and Web-based scientific and business application software projects.·
2-This person will write project documentation, specifications, and test plans. ·
3-They will be responsible for all aspects of the Quality System requirements for production level software. ·
4-Will work with the software and test engineers through all stages of the software development life-cycle, and will work closely with hardware, firmware & production engineering.·
5-Provide a software development plan that meets the future needs of our client.·
6-Conduct daily scrum meetings.

Requirements:·
1-This position requires a Bachelor's degree in an engineering or scientific field with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in software development. ·
2-Must have an understanding of the software development life-cycle, design control and integration with QA test planning and execution.·
3-Must have good communication, writing, presentation, analytical, and problem solving skills. ·
4-Must also be able to work within an interdisciplinary team.·
5-Must have solid background in managing large scale software projects·
6-Experience with Scrum methodology and Agile practices.·
7-Willingness to dive into software environments and technical issues.
