Handling Front Desk Customers on daily basis and solving problems
Handling of incoming and out going calls of Maerskline department
Handling of internal employees and external Customers
Receiving cheques from distinct vendors
Maintain records as per the administration manager in forms of Reports
Updating incident reporting depending on the situation
Dispatching different forms of material via TCS
Job Specification
Good communication Skills in Urdu and English
Customer Service experience is required
Can work on shifts such as Morning and Afternoon
