Job Description

This is a software support engineer position to provide email-based pre-sales and post-sales technical support for our software products to customers in US, Canada, and Western Europe. You will work closely with sales representatives and sales management team.

Responsibilities include:

- All interaction with customers done over email
- Provide product feature information to customers
- Reproduce and resolve customer's problems with our products
- Identify bugs and submit them in bug tracking system
- Verify fixes to all customer submitted bugs in each release
- Help QA team in product testing

Job Specification

Ideal candidate should possess the following:

- BCS or MCS from a reputable university
- Strong in C++, C#, or Java programming
- Solid foundation in N-Tier and web application development
- Excellent written English with customer sensitivity
- Outspoken personality with strong persuation skills
