Having basic know-how of E-Commerce/Internet Sales/Marketing would be preferred.
Preferably a business graduate (BBA/MBA) however an engineer with strong communication skills is also eligible to apply
The candidate should be Internet savvy, have good computer skills and excellent organizational skills to help keep track of the progress of all assigned projects.
The position requires strong communication skills in order to work most effectively with customers globally.
The candidate for the position will be working in Night Shift (to align business hours with our US office)
Job Specification
Keeping the sales portals up-to-date with product specifications and availability.
Managing Internet sales, responding to inquiriesin a timely fashion and answering questions on available stock and products.
Selling a minimum number of products or bringing in a minimum of customers from the Internet, based on goals and objectives defined by the sales manager.
Coordinating with a webmaster to update the website and create Internet promotions and advertisements.
Managing Internet Marketing/Sales Channels, Amazon, Google Shopping, Affiliate Marketing etc
Maintaining good customer relations
Improving the overall customer relationship, delivering reliable administrative support and customer services.
