Euzen Solution is seeking result-oriented candidates, who can work under pressure independently and within team, for the positions of Call Center Representative.Ideal candidates should be quick learners with strong communication and analytical skills. Individuals must be fluent in english speaking with a neutral or british accent.Fresh candidates are also encouraged to apply. Euzen solution is a UK Based company. Previous experience or knowledge of London preferred Full training will be provided
Working Responsibilities:
- Making out bound calls from clients who have used our services to gather knowledge on how we can improve our services.
- Gathering information from the customers.
- Cold Calling clients to entice them to use our services.(Incentive based)
- Working closely with our uk based team
- Working hours will be 10 hour shifts
-Day and Night with option for overtime
