Job Description
To analyse, plan, grow and drive client performance through effective account management delivering full compliance to SLAs and budgets, optimizing the account for mutually satisfying goals. This role is the ‘guardian’ of the client and account and all contractual, SLA, process and budgetary requirements.

Design of and implementation of the strategic and operational plan for the account/s to time and budget P&L for the account/s Client feedback SLA drafting and compliance Up to date and signed contracts in place for all and any work for the client/s Budgets set up and signed off to time and all activities invoiced accurately Reporting to the client/s and the business effectively set up and auctioned accurately and to time New business within the client/s Retention of client/s.
