Web Hosting Support Agent. This is a great opportunity for those who want to learn and rise fast in the rapidly growing web hosting industry. We require the services of an individual with good support & billing skills. The individual will be required to work at Lahore Head Office. Below is the Job Description:
- Inbound and outbound Network Support.
- Candidate with knowledge of MS Server 2008-R2, 2003, ISA Server 2003, TMG etc, will be given preference.
- Should have expertise in Networking, TCP/IP Protocols, LAN Infrastructure, WAN Infrastructure.
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, network printers, scanners, and more*.
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades.
- Responding to breakdowns.
- Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults.
- Repairing equipment and replacing parts
- Telephonic reminders upon client's renewals. Any other related/pending task(s). The individual should be a self-starter, punctual and be capable of taking responsibility and should be available for long term commitment.
- Graduation in Computer Sciences.
- MCSE, MCITP.
- Hardworking, Problem Solving Skills and Dedicated to work.
- Be a team player, willing to accept and promote organization goals.
- Be able to perform well under pressure, in a fast paced environment.
- Attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
Tasks Creating Invoices, Tracking the Renewals (Domains/Hosting), Ticket Closing, Answering to the Support Tickets, Answering to the Support Calls, Answering to the official Online Chat Messages, Answering to the Sales Queries, Activating Client's Hosting Packages, Registering the Domains, Renewal of Domains / Hosting Packages.
