Job Summary: Fiberlink (Pvt) Ltd. a reputed ISP in Pakistan is looking for professionals to fill the positions of Assistant of Project Manager post in Karachi Office. Ideal candidates should be from relevant industry and have at-least 1 year of experience. Attractive Salary Must Be Hard Worker Must Be Decent Must Have Good Communication Skills Must Know About Computers Responsibilities • Responsible for all queries related to assigned customers. • Provide email- and telephone-based support to Customers. • Diagnose and resolve complex customer issues. • Act as a liaison between customers and other technical departments. • Engage senior technical persons as required to assist in the troubleshooting process. • Resolve customer issues professionally and effectively • Provide timely response to customers query. • Responsible for recovery from customers. • Maintain documentation between Company and customers.
