• Generate business from bidding portals (Elance, freelancer, guru, odesk and other freelance portals.)
• Must know complete sales cycle - Bidding, correspondence and closure of the deal.
• Write winning proposals and coordinate between client and team.
• Understanding the project requirement and explain to technical team, communicating with the client.
• Proposing instant solution to clients.
• Regular follow ups with clients.
• Writing technical documents

1. Good knowledge of IT Industry, software development, trends and technologies.
2. Ability to communicate fluently and effectively in English (both written and verbal)
3. Attention to detail - Team work & motivational skills required - Interpersonal skills
