· Answering calls, arranging appointments, taking/conveying messages, organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
· Meeting and greeting visitors
· Liaising with main campus and other organizations
· Handling confidential work
Job Specification
Minimum Qualifications Education & Experience, Abilities & Skills Education:
Intermediate (Science/ Arts Commerce/ Business)
Experience:
1 2 yrs job experience as PA
Abilities & Skills:
Must be a proper typist, proficient in notes-taking. Expertise in Microsoft Office. Ability to communicate in English, able to operate standard office equipment.
Preferred QualificationsEducation & Experience & Specialized Skills Education:
Graduate/Masters (Science / Commerce / Arts / Business)
Experience:
3 5 yrs experience as PA at HEI
Specialized Skills:
Proficiency in typing, in-depth knowledge of MS Office, expertise in apps of relevant area, fluency in English (R, W, S), work independently
