Making outbound calls to international customers.
Filling on line applications of customers.
Identifying problems and offering solutions to customers over the phone.
Fulfilling daily targets given by company .
Understand the impact of attitude in handling calls professionally
Apply the proper telephone etiquette to satisfy various customer situations.
Meets commitments to customers
