• Responsible for smooth operation of After Sales Service & Support regarding installation, Testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of Generators electrically.
• Provide timely after sales services and support to corporate and individual clients for minimizing customer complaints.
• Develop and maintain closer relationships with clients for increasing service revenue through maintenance contracts and sales of spare parts.
• Handle all matters independently in absence of GM / Manager Service and guide the juniors to perform their duties accordingly
