The Android Application Developer is responsible for leading the design and development of new consumer facing Android applications. This is a great opportunity for a self- starter who is looking to own key product components and influence the future of consumer risk managment across the Digital World.

Built and deployed commercial Android applications - ideal candidate will have prior experience developing applications for mobile/battery powered devices

Working knowledge of the HTML5 stack (JavaScript/CSS/HTML)

Work independently to do requirements analysis, design, prototyping, development, unit testing and implementation

Prototype features quickly to help the business team think through and fine-tune requirements
Developing mobile apps that stand out from the rest of the crowd.
Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.

Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.

Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Responsible for helping architect and build mobile applications that are optimized for performance and user experience.

Understand the challenges being addressed by an engagement and collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders to deliver a valuable technical solution

Design, develop, unit test, and deploy Android based solutions from the ground up using industry standards and frameworks

Implement best practices for developing Android applications that target multiple devices and platform versions

Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience in Android software application development

Must have strong background, knowledge and proficiency in:

Experience in Android development with a strong knowledge of Java and Android SDK and OOD and OOP concepts.
Experience using development IDEs, Eclipse, Net Beans, and Visual Studio.
Familiarity with , XML, SOAP, SQLite, JSON, serialized data and REST-based APIs.
Solid understanding of Native , Hybrid , Web Based And Location Based Tracking Application.
Experience on UI and Animations for mobile and Table pc.
Experience in integrating with third party libraries, APIs.

Experience in JSON/SOAP web services 3rd party API integration and library usage is must.

HUGE plus if you have professional game development experience

Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability.
