Job Description
- Keep proper record of office stationary and issuance of stationary on demand to employees
- Handling company mobile SIM portfolio, activation/deactivation of Sims, services on Sims and its proper record keeping.
- Prepare monthly and weekly reports for management.
- Ensure general repair & maintenance of all office equipment & assets.
- Furnishing quotations and requisitions for all purchases to Finance Department.
- Maintain vehicle log books & compile fuel report.
- Contact with vendors and courier services for invoicing and on-time delivery of office supplies etc.
- Any work related to admin assigned by the person whom he will report.
