Job Description

Rivet Solutions looking for a highly motivated individual who is focused and can thrive in a fast-paced start up environment, be part of a core team of engineers, and take ownership of his/her area. Can-do attitude and team player.
  • The ideal candidate is graduate and professional with full software development life cycle knowledge.
  • Couple of years experience in finding project online using portals like eLance, oDesk etc.
  • Must be experienced in lead generation, closing projects in the international market.
  • The candidate is fluent with English (written or verbal) and well versed with communicating using MSN/Yahoo/Skype and Web meetings.
* Candicate Must Have Strong Knowledge Related To IT Technologies

Job Specification

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Search for projects online in internet market places like eLance, oDesk, cold calling, or the following type or of products-Monile Apps development, Ecommerce solutions, Web Design and development, custom software development, search engine optimization, search engine/online/web marketing.
  • Clearly understand the requirements of the customer and map it to the relevant packages/services or skills/expertise of the organisation, making rapid cost calculation and providing quotations.
  • Generate sales leads
  • Write proposals, quotes working from the feedback of engineering and Operations
  • Bid for project and follow through to get the project.
  • Negotiate well, tendency and experience of winning.
  • Creating requirements, Functional Specs, Communicating with clients,breaking projects into tasks and assigning tasks to the team members,providing timely feedback to the clients. Applicant should make sure that applications created are of good quality.
  • Day to day communication & follow up with clients from start to the end of project.
  • Maintaining long term relations with clients on permanent basis and ensuring further projects from clients
  • We expect the candidate to work independently and generate projects.
  • We already have a portfolio and want the candidate to establish WeMo on Elance, oDesk and other marketplaces
  • The candidate should be able to meet given target on monthly basis.
Please Note: Don't apply, if you don't have any experience in international business development. oDesk, Elance experience strongly preferred.

Skills Required:
-
eLance, oDesk or similar website experience- Experience of Working on Elance, Odesk etc.- Excellent Command Over Written and Spoken English- Experience in Communicating with International Clients- Goal Oriented, Target Oriented, Result Oriented

- Skills to write comprehensive Business Proposals & Bids

- Candidates should be dynamic enough to achieve our monthly targets.
