Site Engineers (Civil Engineer)

a. Plan, organize and arrange all the resources required for successful completion of project as per drawings, specifications within the scheduled time and budget.
b. Supervise the construction teams to ensure that all works are carried-out according to approved drawings.
c. Responsible for enforcing safety during construction works.
d. Coordinate to sub-contractors and department concerns with regards to construction for smooth performance of the project.
e. Ensure all civil and structural materials delivered to the project site are conform with the approved materials data and samples.
f. Responsible for progress activities as per construction schedule and analyzing/resolving field construction issues.

a. License Civil Engineer with 5 years experience in the field of building construction projects
b. Effective supervisory and leadership skills combined with the ability to delegate. workforce
c. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
d. Able to define project requirements and objectives in order to deliver the project according to the plan .
e. Computer literate ( MS Office / basic AutoCAD )
f. Preferably not more than 45 years old in age
g. Working experience in middle east is an advantage
