Project Civil Supervisor
SOES, Pakistan

a. Reports directly to the Site Engineer related to civil works.
b. Responsible for overseeing the entire civil maintenance operations as well as the repair services of the residential and building structures.
c. Carry out civil works in as professional manner with proper standards which include preventive maintenance, construction of new projects, improvement and renovations of structures.
d. Monitor and ensure compliance to safety standards for working personnel during implementation of works.
e. Overseeing work quality and report any hazardous situations to Site Engineer for prompt corrective action.
f. Manage and assess requirements such as project needs and time frames.
g. Ensure project! activities are being conducted according to schedule.
h. Day to day management of the project site, including supervision and monitoring workforce and: work of subcontractors (if any).
i. Responsible for the material, tools and equipment requirement for project site.

a. Diploma in civil engineering with 5 years experience as project supervisor in civil maintenance work.
b. Able to interpret/implement engineering plans and drawings .
c. Effective supervisory and leadership skills combined with the ability to delegate workforce.
d. Excellent in verbal and written communication skills .
e. Familiar with Microsoft office program .
f. Good health working condition and preferably not more than 45 years old .
g. Working experience in middle east is an advantage
