Job Description
* Preparing trial balance and draft accounts.
* Preparation of monthly control account reconciliations.
* Accruals and pre-payments for inclusion in management and resource.
* Accounts preparation of financial analyses and notes for inclusion in management and resource accounts .
* To assist in responses to queries from management assisting in the preparation of the department’s annual resource accounts within the statutory and administrative deadlines.
* Assisting in the development of management accounting and costing information available to the department.
* Assisting in the progress of the Financial and Corporate Plan contributing to the development of Risk Management.
* Management and development of staff liaison with the department’s external auditors.
