Oversees and coordinates the day-to-day activities of technical staff, to include work allocation,training, and problem resolution; motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.
Oversees and ensures the timely and efficient provision of high quality technical work.
Responds to inquiries and resolves problems.
Investigate and analyze information and draw conclusions.
Supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
Hands on technical leader that will be involved in technical individual contribution and technical leadership of the team.
Define, develop, implement and maintain best practices and structured development processes to improve productivity and ensure high quality work product.
Job Specification
BCS/MCS graduate from reputed institutions.
5~6 yrs proven experience in HTML/DHTML, JSP, EJBs.
Knowledge in Flex, JSF and Hibernate will be deemed as a plus.
Hands-on approach to seeing projects through to delivery
Well developed communication skills, both written and oral
Excellent organizational and administrative skills together with the
Ability to manage a fluctuating workload
Ability to analyze and solve problems.
Ability to work to tight budgets and deadlines.
