Job Specification
· LAN & WLAN based Network troubleshooting.
· Managing Domain Controller, Active Directory, User Roles & Authorization Policy.
· Maintain Systems Backup and recovery.
· Facilitate all end users in their problems.
· Windows Installation and trouble shooting.
· Hardware and software Installation, configuration & trouble shooting.
. Email setup in various operating systems.
. Web hosting knowledge (WHM , CPANEL).
. Client handling over the Phone & Email
. Good communication skills.
