Job Description
1. Provide career counseling on course choices, career choices.
2. Help and guide clients to pick right path (job, career, higher education)
3. Building effective relationships and communicate effectively at all client levels
4. Maintaining and nurturing client relationships to ensure additional business and drive deeper strategic interactions between the client and hHELIOS
5.Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
6. Cold calling to engage potential customers to prospect for new business
7.Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries
8.Acting as a contact between hHELIOS and its existing and potential clients and markets
9.Gathering market and customer information
10. Representing hHELIOS at Seminars, exhibitions, events etc.
11.Feeding future sales trends back to concerned departments
12. Attending team meetings and sharing best practices with colleagues
Job Specification
