When you are working with us, you will be:- Diagnoses and resolves issues in servers, network, network devices desktops, laptops, e-mail, Internet.
- Hardware & Software Vendor Management.
- Procurement of Hardwares & Softwares.
- Maintaining IT Asset Register.
- Maintaining and administrating VOIP and Asterisk Server PABX extensions.
- Maintaining Bio metrics System for attendance and managing its vendor.
- Maintaining & Managing Data Center/Server Room.
- Maintaining Backups & DR Operations
- Take part in trainings & development and improvements in IT Infrastructure processes.
- Using and Maintaining Issue Tracking and helpdesk ticketing system.
