We at "EpicZone Technologies" are looking for excellent Customer Support Executives who can fluently communicate in US or at least neutral accent with clients from US and abroad.
Key responsibilities:- Answer customer queries to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested both telephonically and by internal ticket system.
- Research required information using application.
- Documenting all calls.
- Manage and resolve Customer Complaints.
- Provide quality customer service on every call for products and services.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers.
- Promote good listening skills.
- Recognizing and managing assertive customer calls.
- Document call history.
Knowledge:- Customer Support Etiquette's
- Computer literate particularly in Word / excel and use of Google +
- Good Vocabulary and fluent speaking skills.
- Customer relationship principles and practices.
