Job Description
In the capacity of CSR Head you will be required to make all the necessary arrangements for:
- Develop, update and communicate the company HSEMS and annual programs for implementation.
- Communication with the customers, Development and submission of factory profiles.
- Set, update and communicate the company HR, HSE standards, procedures, code of practices and guidelines to be in line with local and international standards, regulations and ensure their implementation.
- Reporting to the director on all aspects of the HSE and HRMS administrative system.
- Communication with different tires of management and staff to ensure best practices in the field of HR & HSE.
- Systematically identify challenges connected to HSE and HRMS; register and development and updating of systems, documentation, the policy systems and relevant standards and procedures.
- Conduct of internal audit of health and safety performance and employment standards.
- Facilitation for external audits, CAP development and submission, CAP execution etc.
- Providing guidance on the preparation of health and safety plans and monitoring, evaluating and developing their effectiveness.
- Establishing and maintaining suitable health and safety and HRMS training standards.
- Providing advice and information to the Health and Safety committee.
- Recommendations are made to the Health and Safety committee on any changes with regard to the improvement of the policy.
- The development and maintenance of a system to facilitate the provision of health and safety information to all workers.
- Supporting Managers in developing detailed plans and procedures to ensure the consistent and effective implementation of health and safety and HRMS policies.
- Careful and regular monitoring of key performance indicators at all levels.
- HSE and HRMS review meetings with directors, and the development of action plans for improvement of performance.
