An effective communicator with excellent relationship building interpersonal skills, strong analytical, problem solving and organizational abilities. Ability to work under pressure and tight deadline. Daily follow-up by call or written communication with consultants and clients. Keep communication with client and consultants by phone and emails. Ensure that searched Job appropriately reflects consultant requirement. Builds and maintains relationships with other recruiter and end clients. Used to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and have to respond queries efficiently. Have to look after multiple requirements at a single time.

Should be available to work 8 hour shifts Monday thru Saturday. Timing 8 PM till 4 AM PST Should have UNINTERRUPTED supply of electricity and UNINTERRUPTED high-speed internet connection.
