Customer Care Representative Patient Coordinator
A rapidly growing health care company is seeking to expand our patient coordination team with full-time energetic individuals. The successful candidate will work on a consultative basis with patients understanding their medical needs. The ideal candidate must have an entrepreneurial mindset, drive and motivation to be successful.
Main responsibilities:
· Outbound calls to customer and understand their specific needs, collect additional information and documentation for processing;
· Develop case reports for service providers;
· Work with service providers to provide price quotation to customers;
· Communicate multiple options based on customer request and needs;
· Ability to multitask and willingness to perform various team functions when requested;
· Responsible for setting up appointments;
· Maintain regular contact with prospects and customers.
Job Specification
. Experience in sales / customer service / call center environment;
· Excellent communications skills in English both written and oral and a commitment to world class customer service;
· Strong working knowledge of personal computers (use of Word, Outlook, internet, etc.);
· Strong phone, data entry skills required;
· Knowledge of proper email etiquette and able to compose proper business emails;
· Effective listener and able to understand customer needs
· Ability to quickly establish rapport with clients in a way that allows for a comfortable consultation;
· Shows/practices a commitment to ethical conduct;
· Works well under pressure and does not waiver in working in a team.
