Product Manager
Workflow Hub, Pakistan

• Identifies unmet customer needs and develops possible feature/functionality concepts that meet those needs
• Gathers input from a variety of internal and external sources to define product concepts
• Develops business requirements and KPIs, drafts process flows, writes product specifications/user stories, and manages projects through development, QA, User Acceptance Testing and launch
• Specifies website requirements by conducting market research, determining customer needs, analyzing competitors, and maintaining a strong understanding of best in class website UI design
• Measures and analyzes existing products, page types and functionalities for opportunities to innovate and improve
• Develops supporting business cases, including financial impact and benefits statements, to support feature/functionality concepts and sell the concepts to internal audiences through persuasive oral and written presentations
• Work with a cross functional team to translate needs into improved user interface design, product enhancements and into new features and services
• Document and prioritize product specifications including goals, use cases and requirements
• Easily recognizes system deficiencies and implements effective solutions.

• Deep knowledge/understanding of the full Product Development lifecycle
• Prior E-Commerce experience preferred
• Experience developing and managing A/B testing programs to improve website conversion
• Strong analytical, prioritization and negotiating skills
• Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented
• Must have 3+ years of Product Development experience for a consumer facing website (preferably ecommerce) with a proven track record of successfully launching new product features
• Experience with online analytics tools (Google Analytics, SiteCatalyst, Coremetrics, etc)
• Deep knowledge of the way consumers shop online
