Job Description
- Organizes and maintains CEO’s calendar and schedule
- Responsible for coordinating CEO’s travel arrangements (hotel, airline, etc.)
- Organizes and maintains all departments major project schedules and timelines
- Fields telephone calls and visit requests; decides on a daily basis which inquiries can be handled directly, which should be referred elsewhere, and which must be addressed by the CEO Prepares routine correspondence, electronic materials and documents
- Undertakes special projects or perform other assignments for the CEO
- Organizes and maintains all Executive Office files
- Coordinates all aspects of meetings including Certificates distribution functions
- Provides administrative support, as needed to Chief Operating Officer.
- Staff Liaison to Chief Operating Officer (CEO)
- Process reimbursement Claims and Bills
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree (Masters Preferred)
- 1 years of experience in an administrative support role, a kind, warm personality with helping approach.
- Strong project management and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong PC proficiency includes MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- High competency in navigating and using the Internet.
- Experience in handling confidential matters and sensitive situations.
