Job Description

  • Organizes and maintains CEO’s calendar and schedule
  • Responsible for coordinating CEO’s travel arrangements (hotel, airline, etc.)
  • Organizes and maintains all departments major project schedules and timelines
  • Fields telephone calls and visit requests; decides on a daily basis which inquiries can be handled directly, which should be referred elsewhere, and which must be addressed by the CEO Prepares routine correspondence, electronic materials and documents
  • Undertakes special projects or perform other assignments for the CEO
  • Organizes and maintains all Executive Office files
  • Coordinates all aspects of meetings including Certificates distribution functions
  • Provides administrative support, as needed to Chief Operating Officer.
  • Staff Liaison to Chief Operating Officer (CEO)
  • Process reimbursement Claims and Bills

Job Specification

  • Bachelor's degree (Masters Preferred)
  • 1 years of experience in an administrative support role, a kind, warm personality with helping approach.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong PC proficiency includes MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • High competency in navigating and using the Internet.
  • Experience in handling confidential matters and sensitive situations.
