Deezon is looking for highly skilled Sales Manager with over 5 years of experience in IT industry. Since the job requires you to establish a successful sales pipeline, you must have the ability to deliver sales targets and manage sales teams. You will be required to perform the following tasks:
- Recruitment and management of sales personnel
- Assigning sales targets to teams and taking periodic feedback
- Follow up on high potential leads and convert them
- Meet with key personnel in target industries for partnership
- Supervise daily sales activities in the region
- Collaborate with publisher to print sales materials including pamphlets, brochures, cards and company apparel
- Present weekly reports on sales performance
- Market company products through offline channels including cold calling, news paper adverts etc.
- Market through digital media channels including forums, blogs and social media
