Job opportunity for Human Resource Professionals: We require the services of a Senior and Junior HR Executive either Part-Time or Full-Time for our Karachi office. The incumbent will be reporting to the CEO, Head of Client Consultancy and Chief Finance Officer. Will be providing assistance to Technology Head, Manager Multi Channel Marketing and employees with regard to HR policies and procedures that include:
Should be able to advise and assist department heads and supervisors about the interpretation and administration of the HR policy. Administer recruitment activities including employee orientation, interviews, documentations and credential verification etc. Hiring of new employees, promotions, administer work leave(s) and absence of with regard to payroll.
Initiate and maintain employee work performance records.
Preparation of monthly payroll for approximately 20 employees incorporating taxation rules (With strict adherence to legal requirements as per Government of Pakistan for payroll and tax etc. with yearend summaries).
Administering Health and Safety Responsibilities ensuring all workplace illnesses, accidents or injuries which should be reported promptly and perform other duties as specified by the CEO and Head of Client Consultancy.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:· Proficiency with MS Office applications and use of other communication software.· Maturity and Discretion· Excellent communication skills, both written as well as verbal · Demonstrate complete commitment to confidentiality and professionalism. · Must have a willing attitude and the ability to work under pressure when urgent tasks and/ or projects would be required to carry out. · Should demonstrated initiative and sound judgment.· Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively. · Educational Qualification and Experience: MBA (HRM) from an HEC recognized university with at least two years of experience in a similar position.· Work schedule: Monday to Friday 12:00 pm 12:30am (two shifts 12:00 pm to 9:30 pm and 3:30 pm to 12:30 am)
