Job Description
This role requires assisting the Head of Legal Department to carry out the various legal functions of the organization, including but not limited to:
- Providing legal advice and support to all areas of organization, and
- Ensuring that all operations are conducted within regulatory and legal limits prescribed by local, provincial and federal laws.
Job Specification
- Minimum 3-4 years experience.
- Excellent written & oral communication.
- Excellent research & drafting skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of all civil, corporate & trade laws.
