Job Description
A customer service representative required to handle all inbound queries and telephone calls. Job includes pure customer service operations for our international clients. Major tasks may include but not limited to: Handling customers via live chats, Responsible for Inbound calls and email correspondence.
Job Specification
Must be a graduate from HEC recognize university Excellent English language, communication and interpersonal skills. Sound knowledge of computers & internet with above average typing speed. Responsive, dedicated and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Ability to effectively resolve customer issues/ complaints with patience. E-commerce knowledge would be considered a plus point. At least 2-3 years of experience of customer service.
