Job Description
The candidate would be broadly responsible for:
1. High rise building repair and maintenance which includes HVACR, Power Generation, civil, Lift, plumbing / PRV adjustment and fire fighting equipments
2. Periodic Predictive and preventive maintenance.
3. Create organizational wide awareness regarding emergency/accidental situations and educating them accordingly on how to respond under such situations.
3. Arrange fire drill sessions/activities.
Job Specification
Candidate should posses the following skills/competencies:
1. BE/DAE(Mechanical Engineering)
2. Hotel industry experience would be an added advantage.
3. Proactive approach
4. Have sufficient knowledge of Building Management System
