Job Description
Eaalim institute (A UK based Islamic school) is looking for a home based operator on the support desk to answer calls, respond emails and monitor lessons and do general admin tasks.
WORKING HOURS: 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM (PST) - 6 DAYS A WEEK
Candidate can work from home
REQUIREMENTS:
Atleast 1 year experience in customer service related jobs (using English language)
Personal Laptop
Fluent Broandband DSL connection (along with backup connection)
Willing to work on 2 months trial period in the beginning.
Suitable candidate MUST represent the company in a professional and courteous manner.
