Duties and Responsibilities:
- Making outbound calls to international customers.
- Filling on line applications of customers.
- Identifying problems and offering solutions to customers over the phone.
- Fulfilling daily targets given by company .
- Understand the impact of attitude in handling calls professionally
- Apply the proper telephone etiquette to satisfy various customer situations.
- Meets commitments to customers
- Other duties as assigned.
- Shift Timmings: 3.00 pm to 11:10 pm
